Embracing the Female Orgasm

ORGASM.

Even writing it feels wrong.
But we’re gonna get over that real quick, here.

When I told a few friends I was doing a podcast on the female orgasm – how to get it and how to keep it – EVERYONE had questions. The women would say, “Interesting. What kind of tips do you have?” The men would say, “Oh. wow! Tell me more! When can I listen to the podcast?”

I wanted to do this particular podcast after I met one of the most intriguing doctors ever. I met Dr. Lisbeth Roy in Boca Raton, Florida on a story I was doing about a new procedure that helps women have better orgasms. (It’s called the “O Shot”.) I personally came into the interview with my own catholic girl sexual hangups; the nuns taught me sex was for creation and certainly not to be enjoyed, especially by a woman. I didn’t know what an orgasm was until my friends told me at 16 years old!

During this interview, Dr. Roy gives us a completely different perspective on sex, pleasure and intimacy. In this podcast, she gives women permission to find joy in sex and orgasm. She also gives men a tremendous amount of insight into the female sex drive… and how to keep the engine running! But more than anything, she goes into great detail about how a woman can have more pleasure, more joy, and ultimately, more intimacy — which is just as great as the orgasm itself!
